What we Offer
This includes a 60-minute video consultation to take your injury & exercise history and complete a musculoskeletal assessment. You will receive a personalized rehab & strength program to meet your physical needs.
If you require additional support, you can upgrade to our Rehab Coaching Service.

Rehab Coaching - $300
Our Rehab Coaching has everything from our Consult & Program, plus 4 weeks of Communication & Weekly Programming through the True Coach App. You can also schedule (3) follow-up video calls to reassess & progress you toward your goals.
This is ideal for athletes who require frequent check-ins & program iterations to progress as quickly as possible.
